Live Music for Events in Amsterdam
Premium Event Network curates live music for Amsterdam events — corporate galas, cultural evenings, canal-side celebrations and weddings. For occasions that want something genuinely distinctive, we present the Shahab Tolouie Trio, whose EthnoFlamenco sound — Spanish flamenco fused with Persian poetry — carries an international, border-crossing voice to the city's stages, and we match the right format to your venue and audience. Availability for this location depends on the event date, the selected artist, venue requirements and agreed travel arrangements.
Distinctive live music for an Amsterdam event
For an Amsterdam audience that prizes the cosmopolitan and the original, the Shahab Tolouie Trio is a live-music act with a difference: EthnoFlamenco, a living dialogue between the intense rhythms of Spanish flamenco and the mysticism of Persian philosophy and poetry. The sound travels from the Caspian Sea through Persia, Arabia and North Africa to the Iberian Peninsula — fitting for one of Europe's most international cities.
At its centre is the 'Fusetar', a completely unique triple-neck guitar featured by the BBC, Reuters and Acoustic Guitar Magazine, played alongside bass and drums and percussion. The trio has toured extensively across the EU, including Electric Castle, and currently performs material from its album Oxymoron, featured on the Transglobal World Music Chart and World Music Charts Europe.
EthnoFlamenco combines Spanish flamenco rhythms with Persian poetry and original compositions. The trio or expanded quintet can be discussed for your event. Availability for this location depends on the event date, the selected artist, venue requirements and agreed travel arrangements.
Amsterdam venues, occasions and settings
The trio suits Amsterdam's cultural calendar and corporate scene alike: cultural evenings and festivals, gala dinners at landmark canal-belt hotels, embassy and diplomatic receptions, and refined private occasions along the Grachtengordel. The standard trio delivers an elegant, atmospheric set; for larger rooms it expands to a quintet with wind (flute or saxophone) and additional percussion.
It works as an arresting concert centrepiece for a cultural programme, or as a sophisticated, internationally acclaimed accent to a reception or after-dinner moment in a five-star setting. The live shows focus on original compositions anchored by one or two well-known pieces, so the programme stays cohesive rather than a string of covers.
We coordinate the act to your venue, room size and running order, whether the event sits in central Amsterdam or elsewhere across the Netherlands.
Booking, logistics and how it works
Booking is fully managed end to end. Share your date, venue and the kind of evening you have in mind, and we coordinate the format — trio or quintet — programme, technical needs and travel and logistics to Amsterdam, so nothing falls to you on the night.
