English-Speaking Wedding Band for Lake Como
For a destination wedding on Lake Como, an English-speaking live act makes the day feel effortless for you and your international guests. Premium Event Network curates live music for Lake Como villa weddings — built around UK/Irish singer-guitarist James Walmsley, from the ceremony on the terrace to the last dance by the water. Availability for this location depends on the event date, the selected artist, venue requirements and agreed travel arrangements.
James Walmsley: a wedding band that fits Lake Como
James Walmsley is a UK/Irish singer and guitarist whose unique voice and captivating stage presence turn a wedding into an event. He performs as an intimate solo singer-guitarist or with The James Walmsley Trio, so the music can scale from a hushed lakeside ceremony to a full evening party without ever losing its character.
His repertoire blends originals, blues standards and rock and pop gems from the likes of Bowie, Prince, Fleetwood Mac and Tina Turner — songs that hold a candle-lit dinner together and then fill the dancefloor. For a Como guest list drawn from many countries, that mix of pin-drop focus and sing-along warmth travels in any language.
The suggested formats are a solo singer-guitarist or The James Walmsley Trio, with soul, blues and pop repertoire discussed for your event. Availability for this location depends on the event date, the selected artist, venue requirements and agreed travel arrangements.
Music for villa weddings and lakeside settings on Lake Como
Lake Como's celebrated villas, terraced gardens and waterfront loggias reward music with both elegance and warmth. A solo singer-guitarist suits the ceremony and the aperitivo on the terrace; the full band brings the evening party to life once dinner is cleared and the dancing begins.
We frame the day around the lake's natural rhythm — a boat arrival, golden hour over the water, dinner under the pergola, then a late set as the gardens light up. Whether your celebration is in a private villa, a historic lakeside hotel or a garden marquee, the line-up and set list are tailored to the room and the moment.
We coordinate travel and on-site logistics to Italy and work hand in hand with your wedding planner and venue.
