Live Jazz Band for Hire in Zurich
For corporate galas, banking-sector receptions and private celebrations on Lake Zurich, a live jazz band sets a tone of understated luxury. Premium Event Network books refined jazz for events across Zurich and Switzerland, with a programme shaped to the room. Availability for this location depends on the event date, the selected artist, venue requirements and agreed travel arrangements.
A refined jazz band that fits Zurich's sense of occasion
Zurich rewards discretion, quality and quiet confidence, and the jazz programme we bring to the city is built precisely for that register. It combines elegance, a live stage feel and a subtle, compelling energy that suits the city's most considered evenings.
The same ensemble works two ways. In its Background Jazz format the sound stays subtle and aesthetic, preserving a sense of luxury without overpowering the rhythm of a dinner or reception. As Concert Jazz it steps forward as the main accent of the night, with a brighter, more engaging delivery.
Because the act flexes between these formats, one booking can carry an entire evening — easing guests in over arrival drinks, then lifting the room for a concert moment after dinner.
Settings across Zurich, from Paradeplatz to the lakeside
Live jazz belongs naturally to Zurich's calendar of gala dinners, financial-sector receptions and private celebrations. It is equally at home in a five-star hotel ballroom, an after-dinner set for a corporate evening, or an intimate party in a lakeside villa above the Zürichsee.
The city's banking and finance world, anchored around Paradeplatz and the Bahnhofstrasse, hosts the kind of formal networking receptions where a discreet jazz background reads as effortless taste rather than entertainment for its own sake.
For celebrations in the Altstadt, summer events along the lake or award evenings in the wider canton, the programme scales from restrained background colour to a clear concert climax to match the mood of each space.
Booking, logistics and what is included
Booking is handled end to end by Premium Event Network. You share your date, venue and the feel you want, and we propose the right format and line-up, confirm technical and staging needs, and coordinate timings with your venue or planner so nothing is left to chance.
The jazz programme can be discussed as background music or a featured concert set. Send the event date and venue so we can check artist availability, travel, equipment and access. The proposal sets out the agreed arrangements and costs. Languages for planning, announcements and songs are agreed with the selected artist before booking.
In keeping with our concierge approach there are no public prices; fees are quoted on request, tailored to your event. We review your date, venue and requirements before preparing a proposal with the available options and costs.

Questions
Can I hire a jazz band for a corporate event in Zurich?+
Yes. Premium Event Network books live jazz for corporate galas, award evenings and banking-sector receptions across Zurich and Switzerland, centred on a refined jazz programme, with logistics and timings coordinated end to end. Availability for this location depends on the event date, the selected artist, venue requirements and agreed travel arrangements.
Which Zurich venues and occasions suit a live jazz band?+
Five-star hotel ballrooms, financial-sector receptions near Paradeplatz, after-dinner sets at corporate evenings, and private celebrations in lakeside villas above the Zürichsee. The act adapts from discreet background music to a full concert highlight to fit each setting.
Can the band play a discreet background set as well as a concert?+
Both. The Background Jazz format stays subtle and elegant for dinners and receptions, while the Concert Jazz format brings the music forward as the main accent of the evening. One booking can move between the two across a single night.
What repertoire and languages does the act work with?+
The repertoire is jazz, ranging from refined background colour to an engaging concert set, and it is largely instrumental, so it suits Zurich's international, multilingual audiences without a single house language. Programme details are tailored to your event.
How do I get a quote for an event in Zurich?+
Fees are quoted on request rather than published. We review your date, venue and requirements before preparing a proposal with the available options and costs.
