Privatumo politika — Premium Event Network

This policy explains what personal data premiumeventnetwork.com collects, why, who it is shared with, and what rights you have. It reflects what the website actually does — the measurement tools it loads and the way enquiry data is routed.

Ši politika pateikiama anglų kalba.

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is MB "Renginių Komanda" (registration number 306242586), Vilnius, Lithuania, trading as Premium Event Network.

For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights described below, write to info@premiumeventnetwork.com.

What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, company, event type, the artist you are enquiring about, country, city, event date, expected number of guests, and your message.

The form also records technical context sent by your browser: the page you submitted from, the referring page, any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), and your IP address.

We collect this to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where a booking follows, performance of a contract.

Who your enquiry is sent to

Every enquiry is emailed to our own addresses (renginiukomanda@gmail.com and info@premiumeventnetwork.com) and, when your enquiry names a specific artist, it is forwarded to that artist's own booking address so they can confirm availability. The artist is an independent recipient of your details.

A copy of each enquiry is also written to a log file on our web server so that nothing is lost if email delivery fails.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than responding to you and, if it leads to a booking, delivering it.

Analytics and session recording

This site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-TECEMZ8P0P) to understand which pages and countries our visitors come from. It sets cookies and processes your IP address.

This site also loads Microsoft Clarity (project ID wuxp0jwll3). Clarity records heatmaps and session replays — meaning your clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on the page can be replayed by us in aggregate form to see where the site is confusing. Clarity is a Microsoft product and its processing is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Both tools load only on the production domain. You can block both with any standard browser tracking protection or content blocker, and Google Analytics specifically with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Our email is operated by Titan. Enquiry notifications reach us through Google (Gmail). Analytics is provided by Google and Microsoft as described above. Each of these processes data on our behalf or as an independent controller of the data it receives.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a conversation you may resume — event planning routinely runs one to two years ahead. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of the respective platform.

You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request a copy in a portable format.

Write to info@premiumeventnetwork.com and we will respond. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
